Competitive ($1,100 + Water Polo Canada insurance)The competitive program is intended for athletes in grades 6-8 looking for additional opportunities to improve their skills. The Monday night practices will combined with older age groups and run from 8:15pm-9:15pm. We have the pool until 9:45pm and athletes are welcome to stay until the end if they choose. What is included?

High School AgedSecondary school aged ($1,400 + Water Polo Canada Insurance):New players should be able to swim front crawl, back crawl, breaststroke and ideally tread water using egg-beater. Our high school programs scrimmage often and train to compete in tournaments at various levels. Fitness and swimming are major factors so we hope to have the athletes in the water 4x per week. What is included?

Adult (18+)Mondays & Fridays ($600 + Water Polo Canada Insurance):New players should be able to swim front crawl, back crawl, breaststroke and ideally tread water using egg-beater. Our adult program is mostly a social/fitness group. Limited formal coaching is provided but our experienced players are always willing to help out. What is included?
