One week free trial:
Provides an opportunity to try out a new sport without having to commit to a full season. Registration is required for insurance purposes, but there are no costs associated.
Elementary school aged:
A co-ed program that introduces athletes to the great sport of water polo. Suitable for anyone who has taken some swimming lessons and can swim the length of the pool. Especially appealing to those who have done another water sport such as competitive swimming or synchronized swimming. Athletes will develop passing, ball handling, shooting and mobility skills while continuing to improve fitness and swimming.
Strong individuals in this program will have opportunities to scrimmage with other teams and compete at the provincial level.
Recreational ($800 + Water Polo Canada insurance)

Competitive ($1,100 + Water Polo Canada insurance)
The competitive program is intended for athletes in grades 6-8 looking for additional opportunities to improve their skills. The Monday night practices will combined with older age groups.

- All coaching and training
- Three practices a week (Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays)
What is extra?
- Tournament and travel costs
Secondary school aged ($1,400 + Water Polo Canada Insurance):
New players should be able to swim front crawl, back crawl, breaststroke and ideally tread water using egg-beater. Our high school programs scrimmage often and train to compete in tournaments at various levels. Fitness and swimming are major factors so we hope to have the athletes in the water 4x per week.

- Four practices a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturdays)
What is extra?
- Tournament and travel costs
Adult ($600 + Water Polo Canada Insurance):
New players should be able to swim front crawl, back crawl, breaststroke and ideally tread water using egg-beater. Our adult program is mostly a social/fitness group. Limited formal coaching is provided but our experienced players are always willing to help out.
What is included?
- Two practices a week (Monday and Fridays)
